Capitol East Business Association (CEBA) was formed in October of 2019, so that we might better serve and represent the businesses, large and small, in a more cohesive and unified manner. CEBA provides a platform for businesses of the CapEast District to better exchange ideas, self-promote and advance & improve their interaction with the many stakeholders in the area.
